Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Voloweb, we strive to offer the best services to our customers. However, we understand there may be situations where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Please carefully read our policy below:
1. Cancellations
- Monthly Services: Customers may cancel any monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. However, there will be no refund for any unused time within the current billing cycle unless a refund request is made within 7 days of activation (refer to Refund Policy).
- Domain Registrations: Domains are non-refundable once registered. If you cancel your domain registration, the domain will remain active until its expiration date, but no refund will be provided.
- Custom Services: Custom-tailored services, once initiated, are non-cancellable unless otherwise specified in the proposal or contract.
2. Refunds
- 7-Day Refund Policy: For most standard hosting services, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. However, once you have used our services, you will no longer be eligible for a refund
- No Refund on Domains: Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Monthly Services: Refunds for monthly services will only be considered if requested within 7 days of the service activation. The refund will only cover the unused portion of the service.
- VPS Refund:1.If aVPS plan is canceled before the vps created in our system, the customer will be eligible for a full Refund . If a VPS plan is canceled after the VPS has been set up, no refund will be available.
3. Customized Solutions
Customized services are non-refundable once work has begun unless specified otherwise in the contract. In the case of a written agreement stating refund conditions, they will be followed accordingly.
4. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
5. Violations
If our terms of service are violated, the customer will not be eligible for any refunds, and the account may be suspended or terminated.
